You, our members, are what make the LAX Coastal Chamber strong, so we think it's about time you had your moment in the spotlight.

No matter what you’ve heard, print media is not dead. In fact, according to a study published by the Data & Marketing Association, the majority of your audience prefers it. Consumers reported that physical marketing was tangible (68% of consumers), trustworthy (56% of consumers), and authoritative (55% of consumers). And aren’t those statistics you want reflected on your business, as well?

The annual LAX Coastal Magazine & Business Guide is not only your chance to broaden your audience, it is also an opportunity to tell your story. Each year we highlight a new business for each industry we represent, sharing their stories of triumph, innovation, and philanthropy. Do you have an amazing story to tell? Are you challenging the status quo? Are you bringing a fresh take to an old issue? We want to hear about it!

As an LAX Coastal Chamber member, you are invited to submit your story for a chance to be highlighted in the 2018 issue of the LAX Coastal Magazine. We pride ourselves on publishing our magazine as an informative, meaningful, and heartfelt resource, but we need your help. Just like our organization needs your support to continue to be the strongest voice for business within our community, we need your support to continue to provide engaging content. From stories of overcoming adversity, embracing diversity, uplifting the community, and more, we want them all; so please, share your story with the LAX Coastal community today.

2018 LAX Coastal Magazine Spotlight Contest

Submission Guidelines

 

  • Submit your story in 200 words or less
  • Include high-resolution imagery to complement your story
  • Include relevant company and contact information
  • Send your submission and any questions to kirby@laxcoastal.com with the subject “Spotlight Story Contest”
  • Deadline is December 15, 2017 at 5pm

 

*Advertisement submissions will not be accepted. Please submit engaging, entertaining stories of interest, not your most recent sale or billboard.
